Before purchasing, we kindly ask that you review our shop policies to familiarize yourself with our payment and shipping details. What types of payment are accepted?

Currently, we only accept Venmo and PayPal Friends & Family.

How does payment work?

Our shop operates on a 2-part invoice system – part 1 is the purchasing/claiming of your items and covers only the cost of the items themselves. Part 2 is your shipping invoice which will be sent to you after you’ve paid for your claimed items.

Failure to adhere to any of the below policies will result in your order being cancelled, with NO REFUND:

  1. If you complete a purchase from our store, but fail to submit your order amount in full via Venmo or PayPal within 36 hours your order will be cancelled.
  2. If you claim and pay for your items successfully, but fail to pay your shipping invoice in full via Venmo or PayPal with 36 hours of receiving the invoice, your order will be cancelled with no refund. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we are only shipping within the Continental United States.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is calculated completely separate from your purchase order. Shipping must be paid in full within 36 hours of receiving your invoice. On average, shipping invoices are sent out between 3-5 days after your order has been received. You will receive an email when the shipping has been calculated and your shipping invoice is ready to be paid.

Shipping invoices/request for shipping payment will be submitted to the same account that the initial order payment was made from. In which case you should receive a notification from the payment app (if enabled), and we will also send an email from our store system. We kindly ask that you pay your balance as promptly as possible.

Once your shipping invoice has been paid, packages are usually shipped out within another 3-5 days.

Do you offer shipping insurance and/or tracking?

Insurance is only included for orders over $100 and will be an additional $1 per $100 value. Tracking numbers are provided with every purchase and will be sent to your email once your package ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. We use PirateShip to calculate the lowest discounted shipping rates available.

If for any reason you need an item shipped out sooner or quicker delivery, kindly send us a message BEFORE you purchase so we can discuss what options are available. 

To help keep costs down, items may be packaged with recycled shipping materials. In any case, all items will be packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely to you. Items that are fragile will be marked on the box as well. 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for those who reside within a 50 mile radius. When checking out enter your shipping address, if your zip code is within the designated pickup parameters you will see the option to select “Local Pickup”. If selected, you can then enter two (2) preferred pickup days and times. These will give us a general idea of what works best for you. Once your order is submitted we will coordinate via email to confirm availability and determine a specific day and time.

How to claim and purchase items?

As these are vintage items, in most cases there is only one (1) available of each item. See something you like, don’t wait too long. It could be here today and gone tomorrow.  Shop the store, add all the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your initial order (part 1) and claim your items. 

Do you offer returns and/or refunds?

All items are sold as-is, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are FINAL. The only exclusion is if an order arrives damaged. In which case, we will work with you to come up with a solution based on the damage. See section below on submitting claims.

Do you offer order cancellations?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. All sales are considered final. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to request a cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and claims must be filed by you through the delivery carrier. We do our best to securely wrap all items when shipping to prevent damage but we understand things can happen. If your order arrives damaged please keep all shipping materials and thoroughly document the package and its contents as this will be needed to file a claim. Depending on which carrier was used for shipment (UPS or USPS) and the value of the content we can discuss next steps on filing a claim and/or issuing a refund. Please contact us immediately to start the process. Requests must be received within 7 days of delivery, otherwise we cannot assist.

Can you help me find specific pieces?

On the hunt for a specific piece or maybe you want to curate a gift or whole lot of gifts for someone special – let us know. We can’t make any guarantees that we can find the specific items, or how quickly we may be able to find them. But the vintage community is an amazing space, and we see tons of amazing pieces made available everyday by fellow sellers. So it’s very possible that special piece you’re looking for is out there, and we’re happy to help you find it. Send us a message using our online form to tell us more.
